Using WebMentor Skills™ to deliver web-based skills assessments with skill definitions and a customizable rating scale, organizations can be sure their workforce is made up of the best candidates for the job.
Employees assess their skills online, using a rating scale with 2-7 options that can be tailored to your work environment. The default 5-point proficiency scale ranges from "no proficiency" to "high level of mastery".
You can assign up to 9 different relationships including manager, peer, subordinate, customer, and mentor. Reports compare skills assessment results across relationships and provide a great opportunity to address identified skill gaps.
Following skills assessment completion, users can access their Individual Skills Inventory Report which highlights the skills the user possesses in the highest degrees. This report is also sometimes referred to as the "Strengths Report".
Users can access their Individual Skill Gaps Report, which highlights the most critical skill weaknesses. This report compares the assessed level of proficiency with the required level of proficiency and the importance of that skill to the job.
Organizations can see precisely which jobs have the greatest skill gaps.
